This for me is a journey I am still going on myself, but have made great progress. Back in the summer of 2016, I was at my heaviest at 16 stone 1lb. After being coached, I managed to find a way that worked for me and have lost nearly three stone at the time I write this (2019). Part of being a good version of yourself is finding a way to lose weight that is right for you and can aid confidence and self worth boosting. Coaching can help with this too.
Every path I should point out is different, so what may work for one person may not work for you, which is why coaching in the way I do looks at the bigger picture to see any potential contributing factors. You can also use these sessions alongside any dietary programmes you may be on from your doctor and or something like Weight Watchers. Some clients find the combination of the two extremely beneficial to their mental and physical wellbeing and more. Obviously if you do change your diet and exercise programme, always consult your doctor before beginning your new way of life.
